12Twenty is a melamine-faced panel designed by leading manufacturer FINSA. The range has been engineered using materials that are strong, durable, easy to work with and easy to handle.

The core MDF board is composed of wood fibres, resulting in a high density, stable panel which has a greater load capacity.  A top-quality, resin-impregnated melamine paper is applied to both sides of the MDF core, resulting in a smooth, flat surface which is ideal for cutting and processing for flexible, innovative and unique designs.

FINSA’s 12Twenty antibacterial melamine-faced MDF is perfect for use in the manufacture of high-end furniture and for interior design projects, including shop fit-out, kitchens, bathrooms and bedroom interiors.

Fibracolour Plast

12Twenty Specialist Surfaces ‘Fibracolour Plast’ is a dense, black-throughout MDF panel with a tough melamine finish applied to both faces. Perfect for CNC routing when you want to expose the black core to add contrast to the melamine face. Leave the edges exposed for an extra pop of colour.  The combination of Fibracolour with FINSA’s melamine decors meets the challenge of expressing the character of any interior space.

Technical Matt

12Twenty Specialist Surfaces Technical Matt is an ultra-matt, anti-fingerprint decorative panel for demanding surfaces.

FINSA has developed this specialist decorative panel for use in demanding applications; it is ideal for horizontal or vertical surfaces such as kitchen worktops, furniture, desks and office furniture. The combination of acrylic lacquers and electron beam curing (EBC) gives this material excellent surface properties; it is antibacterial and therefore suitable for contact with food, scratch and heat resistant as well as resistant to disinfectant products.

The ultra-matt, anti-fingerprint finish with a velvety touch gives Technical Matt a luxury feel and contemporary look.

Ideal Glow

Ideal Glow is a high gloss, melamine-faced MDF with a deep reflective finish. Top quality melamine is applied to both faces of a Carb 2 certified MDF core.  12Twenty Specialist Surfaces ‘Ideal Glow’ is recommended for vertical applications. The top face is coated with a transparent PET film without PVC, while the reverse face features Soft III.

Matching PVC edging is available in size 1 x 22mm.
