Premier Forest Products has installed state-of-the-art, market leading machinery from specialists Weinig at our Duchy Timber and Haverfordwest branches.  We can manufacture most timber mouldings, for example cladding profiles, skirtings, architraves, door frames, stair components, door liners and decking in both hardwood and softwood.  Take a look at our machines being installed at Duchy Timber, and the production of mouldings and cladding in the videos below.

We have also invested in grinder/profiling machines which make templates for profiles, so that we can create bespoke profiles for customers. Once the template is made, it can be used repeatedly to make precisely the same profile which is ideal for continuity in large projects, where the same product is to be supplied frequently over time.

Our in-house manufacturing facilities mean that we have complete quality control and the capacity to ‘turn up’ production to meet your large orders. Together with our nationwide-wide distribution network, we can quickly turn-around orders and deliver in volume, across the UK.
