What are bespoke mouldings?
Bespoke mouldings are custom-designed woodwork pieces that are created to suit specific architectural or interior design requirements. These bespoke timber mouldings can be used to enhance the aesthetic appeal of any space while also providing functional benefits.
What are bespoke mouldings used for?
Bespoke timber mouldings are used in a variety of applications, such as in residential and commercial buildings, historic renovations and restoration projects. They can be used to create ornate crown mouldings, skirting boards, architraves, cornices, dado rails, picture rails, and other decorative elements. These timber mouldings can be crafted from a range of wood species to match your design style and preference.
One of the primary reasons why bespoke timber mouldings are used is their ability to add character and elegance to a space. They can transform a simple room into a luxurious and sophisticated environment. Timber mouldings can also serve a practical purpose by covering gaps, joining surfaces, and protecting walls from damage. Additionally, timber is a natural material that is renewable and sustainable, which adds to its appeal.
Bespoke timber mouldings are an ideal choice for those looking to add a touch of elegance and sophistication to their home or business. They are also perfect for architects and interior designers who want to create unique and bespoke design solutions that cannot be found in off-the-shelf products. With their timeless beauty and versatility, bespoke timber mouldings are a fantastic choice for any project that requires a custom touch.
Machined in-house for complete control, from design to delivery
Premier Forest Products has invested in state-of-the-art machinery and tooling equipment, which enables us to produce bespoke timber mouldings to meet your individual design needs, including cladding profiles, skirtings, architraves, door frames, stair components, mouldings for wall panelling and door liners in both hardwood and softwood timber.
Our tooling machine makes templates for profiles in-house. Once the template is made, we keep it on file so that it can be used repeatedly to make precisely the same profile. This is ideal for continuity in large projects, where the same product is to be supplied frequently over time.
Premier Forest has complete quality control and the capacity to ‘turn up’ production to meet volume orders and deliver across the UK. We can work with you to support specialist renovation jobs to full-scale construction projects such as hotels, schools, apartments and housing sites. Our timber is sourced from responsibly managed forests, so we meet the stringent environmental requirements of modern building projects.
