We’re looking for a driven and motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our well-established team at Duchy Timber, Lostwithiel. If you have a passion for sales, great communication skills, and love building customer relationships, we want to hear from you!

What you will be doing…

• Drive and grow sales through phone and face-to-face interactions
• Build strong relationships with trade and retail customers
• Support the Branch Manager in hitting sales targets
• Provide top-notch customer service

What we are looking for…

• Sales experience with a natural flair for selling
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Timber industry experience is a plus – but not essential (we’ll train you!)
• Computer literacy required – you must be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.), but training will be provided on our internal systems.
