Premier Forest Products is currently recruiting a full-time Warehouse & Yard Operative for our Creeksea Depot.

The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Branch, particularly the Warehouse Operations & Transport Department, where you will be working alongside the Warehouse Supervisor, Operations Manager and the Transport Coordinator.

What you’ll be doing:

The duties of the role are broad and include a range of responsibilities which include but not limited to;

• Safely and efficiently handle materials within the warehouse (Picking orders).
• Loading and unloading vehicles using forklifts or other equipment.
• Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments (Goods in and out).
• Warehouse housekeeping.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• General housekeeping duties.

What we are looking for …..

• Forklift Counterbalance licence and experience required.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
• The ability to collaborate with other team members and departments.
• Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Can-do positive attitude.
