Following the Government’s announcement on 4th Jan 2021 to implement another national lockdown across England, I would like to reassure all our customers that, just as throughout 2020, Premier Forest Products and all its divisions will continue to operate as normal; safely, responsibly and in complete compliance with the Covid regulations & guidelines.
As a leading business in a designated ‘essential’ sector, Premier’s operational capabilities remain unaffected. Our customers can continue to rely upon us to fulfil their crucial requirements and provide assured continuity of supply, just as we have done throughout the entire pandemic crisis.
Of course, in reaction to changing circumstances, we are constantly re-assessing the level of risk Covid poses to our customers and staff within our working environment. Whilst we have excellent measures in place, this may nonetheless mean temporary or occasional further changes to our operating procedures, especially in relation to access to our collection facilities, trade counters, etc. We will of course keep you advised of changes to any of these services at the sites you deal with. It has been, and continues to be, an extraordinary time. We’re grateful for the fact we’ve kept our staff and customers safe, and that we’ve been able to step-up and successfully meet every challenge that 2020 threw at us. No doubt 2021 will also have its fair share of curve-balls to throw, but we’re confident that we can knock those out of the park too!
