OSB1 panels are consistent and uniform in construction, with no voids, knots or signs of delaminating; they are ideal for use in furniture manufacture.  The boards can be sawn, drilled, planed, filed, nailed or sanded. With square edges, they can take nails as close to 8mm from the edge without fear of the board splitting.

It is important to remember that category 1 OSB is only for use in dry rooms and dry environments. If you need OSB suitable for a humid or moist environment, for  example in a bathroom, take a look at OSB3 which is moisture resistant and we which we also supply.
